Selling on Bubble Goods

Bubble Goods Approved goods are composed of whole fruits, grains, vegetables, and some natural sweeteners such as whole fruit juices, honey, maple or coconut sugar. Bubble Goods believes in an indepentent food system that is rooted in quality and unrefined ingredients.

Nope! There are no order quantity requirements to sell with us. We love new brands who are just launching with small inventory!

Customer service is handled by the Bubble Goods Customer Service Team for you.

Other than the order fullfillment details, customer information is not shared with your brand. It is a breach of privacy and information rights. For more information, please see our Vendor Terms and Conditions.

Bubble Goods has a ton of opportunities for you to introduce and grow your brand! Everything from instagram takeovers to events and influencer sampling can be found in your dashboard once you log in!

Nope! There are no buy-back clauses or old-school retail shenanigans.

Orders and Returns

All added staff accounts receive email notifications for customer orders. Orders and shipping label info is found in the order fulfillment tab of your vendor dashbaord or passed into your Shopify store if you are integrated.

If a customer has an issue with an order, they are instructed to be in touch with the Bubble Goods Customer Service Team. We then handle each order on a case by case basis, and will be in touch with you if there is something regarding food safety or quality.

Shipping

Bubble Goods is a 100% dropship marketplace at this time. All orders ship dirrectly from you to customers.

Our Bubble Goods x Shopify Integration syncs the orders you receive through Bubble Goods with your shopify store.

You will be notified of orders through email, and can access shipping labels in your dashboard to print out or through your own Shopify order queue if you are integrated.

At this time, Bubble Goods only supports orders within the Continental USA for shipping due to the perishability of some items sold on Bubble Goods.

Fees

Bubble Goods and Stripe have partnered for vendor payouts. You get paid via stripe.

On the Basic plan, there are no shipping fees -- we provide prepaid labels that you will print and attach to orders.

There are no fees per individual SKU on Bubble Goods. You can list as many items as you'd like which is included your monthly platform fee.

Nope! There are no payment processing fees.
